Zeus

At first glance, the character may seem simple. But my goal when creating it was to use only Arnold’s Toon shader without any textures.

It turned out to be very challenging to make an accurate 3D copy of a 2D character. I had to experiment with a lot of different lighting setups and create several different color palettes using the shader. I decided to keep it in my portfolio as a reminder of my struggles — and as a note to myself that experiments and challenges are worth the effort.


Pipeline:
- Sculpt - ZBrush,
- Shading - Toon Shader Arnold
- Render - Arnold
